Venus and Mars in Moonlight
Maybe the title could have been the gods of love and war in the moonlight…
Venus, the goddess of love, and Mars, the god of war, are captured in the same frame with the Moon in this photograph. This photo was taken by Kevin Bourque in South Carolina, USA, on February 20, 2015. During the 3-second exposure, light reflected from the Earth also illuminated the dark part of the Moon.
